Accessing your GP health record
Patients with online accounts such as through the NHS App will be able to read new entries, including free text, in their health record. This includes letters, test results and appointment notes. This change only applies to future (prospective) record entries since 1st November 2023 and not historic data.
To see more information in your record, such as your test results and immunisations, or record entries before 1st November 2023 contact us and request access to your detailed coded record.
Test results in your record
You can see test results carried out by your GP surgery if you have access to your detailed coded record.
If you have questions about test results in your GP health record, contact us.
