Evening and Saturday appointments

Monday to Friday evening (6:30pm to 8:00pm) and Saturday (9am to 5pm) appointments with a range of Health Profesionals are available at different surgeries across the East PCN.

These evening and Saturday appointment sessions are known as Enhanced Access (EA) appointments.

A patient registered at any of the five GP practices in the PCN may book an appointment at any location. The full list of dates, times, appointment types, and locations for the next 2 to 3 weeks is shown on our evening and Saturday schedule page HERE.

For convenience, details of PCN sessions available at TVMP sites for the next 2 to 3 weeks are listed right/below.

Please contact us in any of the usual waya if you would like to book an evening or weekend appointment either at a TVMP surgery or any of the other sessions listed on our PCN evening and Saturday schedule.

When We Are Closed

Out of hours please contact NHS 111, who will give you advice over the telephone or arrange for you to see the duty doctor if necessary.

If you have a medical emergency or chest pain, please dial 999.  If you require urgent medical assistance outside opening hours, that cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please contact NHS 111. You can contact NHS 111 online HERE or dial 111. Calls to 111 are free of charge from both landlines and mobiles.

Staff Training Closures

All three surgery sites will be closed for staff training from 1:00pm on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 10 January 2024
  • Wednesday 14 February 2024
  • Wednesday 13 March 2024

NHS 111 Online

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
