GP practices within the same GP Primary Care Network (PCN) work together to provide patient access to evening and Saturday appointments outside of regular GP practice opening hours. Such appointments are known as 'Enhanced Access' appointments. Trent View Medical Practice (TVMP) is part of the North Lincolnshire East PCN.

In summary:

• Enhanced Aceess: Offers appointments from 6:30pm-8:00pm on weekdays and from 9:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays.
• Convenience: Appointments can be booked in advance (up to two weeks ahead) or for the same day, and can be cancelled remotely by patients.
• Local Availability: The service ensures appointments are available at a location within the East PCN area.
• Text Reminders: Where the practice has a mobile phone number on record for the patient, TEXT confirmation of appointment and TEXT reminders will be sent.
• Available to any registered patient: All registered patients at any GP practice within the PCN can access the appointments at any location.
• A variety of health professionals: Different types of appointments are available with a range of health professionals:
  • Doctor/General Practitioner (GP)
  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
  • Nurse
  • Health Care Assistant (HCA)
  • Clinical Pharmacist
  • First contact Physiotherapist
  • Specialist Learning Disability Nurse

Availability of Saturday and evening appointments are limited and shared between the GP practices who are part of the North Lincolnshire East PCN (Primary Care Network).

For Trent View Medical Practice, appointments are available, alternate weeks, at Crowle surgery and then at Skippingdale surgery - see schedule for details. The practice does not offer weekend or evening appointments at Keadby surgery.

Please note: Only patients with pre-booked appointments should attend. There are no walk-in appointments.

If you are able to travel, and the date and time is convenient for you, Trent View Medical Practice patients may be offered, or you may ask for, an evening or Saturday Enhanced Access appointment at another GP Practice in the East PCN group (e.g. Riverside Surgery in Brigg).
