Patient Initiated Requests to Move Provider: In England, NHS patients have the right to request to move to a different hospital to receive their care/treatment if they have been waiting longer than 18 weeks.

As the NHS continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are initially contacting all patients who have been waiting over 40 weeks and who do not have an appointment in the next 8 weeks to invite them to be considered to move hospital to receive earlier care/treatment.

If you meet the criteria and are eligible to apply for PIDMAS, you will receive an SMS, email and/or letter with the option to opt in on Tuesday 31 October 2023 or soon after.

From 1st November 2023 patients with online accounts such as through the NHS App will be able to read new entries, including free text, in their health record. This change only applies to future (prospective) record entries and not historic data.

The Crowle surgery will be closed for training on the afternoon of 25th January 2023 from 1pm.

Two new pharmacy assistants will start at our Keadby dispensary on 16th January 2023.
