Appointments
Appointments can be requested in a number of different ways:
Please note: Appointments may be in-person at the surgery, by telephone, or via video call. Please check you know which type of appointment you have been given. If unsure, please ask. If we have a mobile telephone number on record for you, we will TEXT you an appointment confirmation/reminder.
You can register/update your telephone contact number, HERE
In addition to GP appointments, we provide appointments with a range of health professionals. Providing same day appointments for urgent conditions is a priority. For non-urgent matters, we also offer, at locations across the East PCN, a schedule of evening and Saturday appointments.
On Line
Request help for medical problems via our 24/7 online service KLINIK (no registration required). Requests are only read and replied to during opening hours:
A Care Navigator will review your request. Depending on urgency, a response may not be until the second working day or later.

Visit
Visit any of our surgeries at Crowle, Keadby, Skippingdale and speak to the Care Navigator at reception.
The Care Navigator will review your request.
Providing same day appointments for urgent conditions is a priority.
Visiting does not guarantee a same day appointment.
Surgeries are open 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays and staff training dates).
However you choose to contact us, a Care Navigator will make an assessment. If the issue is urgent, a health professional from the Urgent Care Team will contact you by telephone that first/same working day. You may be offered a face to face appointment that first/same working day with the most appropriate health professional for your need. Not all appointments will be with a GP. If not urgent a future date appointment will be offered. Providing same day appointments for urgent conditions is a priority.
If you have a medical emergency or chest pain, please dial 999. If you require urgent medical assistance outside opening hours, that cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please contact NHS 111. You can contact NHS 111 online HERE or dial 111. Calls to 111 are free of charge from both landlines and mobiles.
