- if you provide a mobile number we can TEXT reminders for appointments and other matters

♦ an email address

♦ a change to your home address

♦ if you change your name (e.g. marriage, deed poll)

♦ if you are registered disabled

♦ If you have any special needs (e.g. autism, dyslexia)

♦ if you are a veteran (an ex-member of the armed forces)
