Feedback and Complaints

We want to hear from you.

If you are unhappy with your care or the service you have received at Trent View Medical Practice, it is important to let us know so we can improve.

If you are pleased with your care or the service you have received from the practice as a whole and/or one or more individuals, please do let us know. We will pass on feedback to those involved and seek to share best or good practice across our team.

There are two ways to tell us what you think:

Duty of candour

Healthwatch North Lincolnshire

The role of Healthwatch is to find out people’s experiences of health and social care services with a view to making sure they are meeting people’s needs, and to call for improvements where needed based on people’s experiences.

Healthwatch have the power to make sure that people’s voices are heard by the government and those running services. As well as seeking the public’s views directly, healthwatch also encourage services to involve people in decisions that affect them (e.g. via a Patient Participation Group). Healthwatch's sole purpose is to help make care better for people. In summary, Healthwatch exists to:

  • Help people find out about local care. 

  • Listen to what people think of services. 

  • Help improve the quality of services by letting those running services and the government know what people want from care. 

  • Encourage people running services to involve people in changes to care.
