You can give good or bad feedback, or make a suggestion, by telling us about your experience. You can do this in a number of different ways:

Complete a Friends and Family Test survey, or

♦ Speak to the member of the team at the time you are with them, or ask to speak with a Team Leader.

♦ You can email the practice at    nl.b81065@nhs.net     Please put the word FEEDBACK or SUGGESTION in the subject of the email.

♦ Write to us at the address for your local surgery. Please title the letter FEEDBACK or SUGGESTION. Surgery addresses can be found HERE
