During opening hours, callers to any of the practice's main numbers will be greeted by a welcome message, followed by options. All calls are recorded.

For appointments and to speak with a Care Navigator - Press 1

To leave a message on our 24/7 repeat prescription re-order line - Press 2

To speak with the Dispensary (other than to order repeat prescriptions) - Press 3 [Crowle and Keadby only]

For general queries and to speak with a member of the Admin team - Press 4
